I purchased dust on iOS but it was not credited to my account. My account name is empathicseagull5 — the purchase amount was for $9.99 USD through iOS app store. I have logged out and logged back in but the amount still isn’t credited after several hours (it’s not credited, not a visual bug, because attempting to use dust says I have an insufficient amount.)
